Elvis has left the building

It was a happy day when I finished sewing my son's Halloween costume back in 2005. Let's get this straight: I work all day out of the home, so I get to sew in the evening. I AM A MORNING PERSON. Without a doubt. That being said, it seemed like a great idea at the time to make him an Elvis jumpsuit to celebrate his 2nd Halloween.
(Note the way he grips the pink sippy cup. Way to stay in character my sweet little boy.)

It was not fun. I cursed my husband many times, as I somehow placed blame on him. For every stitch I mis-stitched. For every instruction on that godforsaken pattern that did not make sense. That being said, I somehow made it work. That was then, this is now.
I am happy to share that Elvis was passed on to a happy family in Annapolis, MD today. By way of her mother and grandmother and great aunt...at the top of the street from us. Jordy will have the option of dressing her 2 year old in the famous white jumpsuit. Let's all look forward to a day shortly after the day of ghouls and see how the little man looks. He's blond, so Jords has some work ahead of her. But she is a talented mom of two under two, and she can make it work.
Does anyone have any ideas for the dude - formally known as Elvis - on his 5th Halloween? I would love some suggestions - and don't say Shark. Pottery Barn Kids is offering their own rendition of a shark this year.
Nothing could top Jani's shark circa 1985. And, lord knows we will see too many sharks this year. Please...help.

I also like cribbage

Here it is. It is totally just my blog. I am going to try and make you all proud. I promise to watch my language and refrain from calling any one names. Not gonna try and catch you up on what it's all about (this blog and me). Just listen, and try and keep up.

With this gift, you will win fourth place.
